I have gorrilla locks and lugs. Need the xl length as the others bottomed out. Caused me to have to drill a lug/stud out cause it wouldn't come off and stripped the outside. No complaints on them other than having the wrong original length.

Me and a friend were dicking around one day and switched wheels, and somehow in that process we lost the key. So he was driving around a stock truck with the stock 16s and 265s in the front and 35" mud tires on 18s in the back, and my truck with a 6" lift had 35s in the front and stockers in the back. It was quite embarrassing and was a long *** couple days before they sent me another key.

I took them off, replaced them with regular lug nuts and sold them after that.

I run a tire/auto service shop, and personally do not like locking lugnuts. Too many people loose the key socket. The other problem, especially with the McGards, is that the stamped "lock" pattern breaks off pretty easily, leaving the vehicle owner kinda screwed. Gorilla locks are my preference if you feel that you must have some.

that's what I was assuming about their locking lugs... Didn't seem like a solid design
