Track only truck? If you could do lexan sides and back window that's a lot of weight. No exhaust. tubular x members, control arms. Light wheels/tires. All on top of obvious unnecessary things that can be removed. I'm sure you can get a track only truck down to 3500

From the looks of all of those electrical connectors, it's safe to say that you no longer have functioning air bags...might as well remove/gut them and save a few more pounds

I've removed a ton of useless electronic stuff. Here is a list I had in my build thread:

Rear Harness:
Trailer wiring
Fuel Pump
Fuel Level
Misc, tank wiring (MAP/EVAP)
ABS
Brake Fluid Level Sensor

Front Harness:
Horns
Airbags
A/C
Ambient Air Temp Sensor (For the rear view mirror)

Dash:
Airbags
Seats
XM Radio (I'm keeping the AM/FM CD player)
A/C
Cig. Lighter
12v power supply

Wiring to remove on the engine harness:
Knock Sensors
MAF
Rear O2's
Front O2's
Oil Level Sensor
EVAP

...and yes, the air bags are sitting on the shelf waiting for some unsuspecting ant piles!

Since my truck is a wt it came with the rubber floor. I put carpet in and from what I remember there wasn't much of a weight difference. If your scraping for the last few single digit loses then its good. Don't expect more then 10lbs.
