Default leafs in a 2wd sag

When I do my 2+4 drop I'm wondering if I should get new leafs in the rear I know my truck was used for a high mileage hauler and the leafs look shot or do they look like the sag normally. The more mods I do the more I feel the rearend drop. What could I do to stiffen it up or should I just leave it.

nime have a little bit of a flat spot right on top of the axle that I dont think's supposed to be there but I dont think they are hurt. I'm still tempted to jerk out my overload spring and see if it makes the ***-end ride a little less rough...
