Default Leaf spring removal

My truck rides super stiff and I want to remove a leaf from the front and rear to soften it up. Anyone know the procedure?

Well, there are only two leaf springs up front so I'll only be removing from the rear. My plann is to remove two from each side of the rear. Does it matter which two I remove?
