Default Leaf spring bushing/insulator part # needed

Does anybody have the part number for the insulator/snubber that pops in to the ends of the lowest leaf spring? Mine are all missing from when they were removed and replaced with these silly big ones under warranty. Well now, the spring slaps around over bumps and sounds like crap. Here's a pic of the part that I'm talking about :

part # 15247030 I just replaced all 4 and got rid of annoying rattle
