Default Launching In 4wd?

Ive heard of this before...I was wondering If any or you launch in 4wd and drop to 2wd while on the track. as well do you think it assist in acceleration?

When you get into the GM Drivetrain section. on the top right of the box click on Search This Forum.
Do a search for Launching. A few threads down the page you'll see 4wd Launching. That thread will answer all your questions
