Default just making sure

i just wanted to make sure before i order..... my truck is an 07 classic sierra

making sure---- 8.5" x 10 bolt x 30 spline

eaton posi part number --- 19559

does that sound right? my truck is the Work Truck model, i think they have the same rearend though? not sure.

yours is an 8.6 30 spline 10bolt.

if i am not mistaken, one posi-unit will fit both 8.5" and 8.6" ....along with the ring/pinion set....right?

I think the only thing different is the carrier bearings. I know the eaton for the 8.5 will be fine in your 8.6 but you need the 8.6 bearings.

make sure the outter hub of the carrier fits the 8.6 bearing. the diameter of the hub should be 1.7812" The old 8.5 units outer hubs were 1.625"...thats a HUGE difference when installing....
