Intermidiate steering shaft lubing?

Default Intermidiate steering shaft lubing?

So what's involved in removing and lubing this thing?
It looks like just one bolt am I right on this?
I am getting tired feeling the sloppy feedback the last couple months.

Why not get the replacement shaft?

The question is will GM give me one since they lubed mine once already and its still crap???

If they won't, It's a piece of cake to do, here's a good write-up from GMTrucks.com: http://gm-trucks.com/home/content/view/232/25/

biggest thing is to make sure that you don't let the steering wheel freewheel and spin when you remove the shaft or the clockspring for the air bag may break.

If you are still under warranty - they should replace it. That is now the proper procedure.

If not, just buy one - it's only two bolts holding it in.
