Default I think I messed up my tranny

It's been a while since I've been on here but I'm hoping somebody has some good advice on what to do. I did a search but it seems all the similar issues are due to programming and tranny rebuilds. So anyway, yesterday I was accelerating under WOT at around 70mph and had let off because of somebody moving across my lane. I went back to WOT and it had a gear searching moment where in between sifts, it hit the rev limiter and took a while to engage to the next gear. Now it does this every time under WOT and some under part WOT but not as bad. Under normal easy driving, it seems to shift fine. I'm driving an 09' 6.2 sierra w/6speed. I only have headers, cai and a tune that I've had for the last 30k miles. I currently have 56k miles. No changes have been made so I'm feeling I messed my tranny up somehow. What would you guys do?

i would check the fluid to see what it looks/smells like. maybe you have a sticking solenoid? Do you have a HP tuner or EFI live? Check engine light on?

i checked some of the codes it was throwing and one of them was a running lean code which had me thinking. It did start idleing kind of rough during these issues. I also saw a low vacuum pressure too. Looks like the other day I changed a headlight bulb on the passenger side and had to pull the air filter out the way. On accident, I ended up popping the other end off where the throttle body is and I didn't catch it. It was completely off and had about a 1/4" gap. I popped it back on, cleared codes and have been driving it the last day or so with no issues. Shifts fine under wot again. I'm hoping that's all it was.
