I have a guy asking if I'll rebuild the transfer case from a 99 GMT-400 Tahoe. I don't mind tearing into it, but I have no idea what would be a fair price to charge. Anyone know how much labor the dealer would charge for this? I was thinking maybe 1/4 of the dealer rate. T-case will be R&R'ed for me, I won't have to do that.

New process 261 is about 6.7 hrs labor.

Any other style is around 6.0 hrs labor.

I would remove about 2 ish hours for R and I

Cool so it's about what I was thinking...off the top of my head I was thinking $100-150 plus parts, that lines up pretty well with 1/4 of what you posted. Thanks buddy
