Default How big can I go with a 2" lift.

Hi, my name is Zakk and Im the proud owner of a 1999 Chevy Silverado Z-71 extended cab. I have purchased a 2" lift from ZONE offroad and was wondering how large of a tire I could go with and if you guys had pics of your combos. Im going to stay with the factory 16" wheels for now as well. Any advice and pictures are very appreciated thank you.

Probably 33s and there gonna rub would probabl ytry like a 33x11.50 if your wanting mud tires or lifted look. Mabe 33x10 to turn all the way.

My current combo on this truck is more radical than what your doing but its a 9 inch lift with 37x13.50x18r and I love it

I run a 285/70r17, about a 32.6" tire with add-a-leafs in the rear.and a leveling key up front. So it about a 2" lift. Pic in Sig

It's up to you how big of a tire you want to stuff in there. A 285/75 should fit with no rubbing. If you want a big tire and don't mind trimming and rubbing you can get a 37 on it.

Thanks for all the info. Really nice looking trucks too. Ive shopped around for a little bit and I think im gonna go with 295-75-16s for now, how much trimming would I have to do and what all is involved in trimming, is it just the plastic up in the fenderwell?

You can fit 285/75/16 stock so I think 295's should fit with the extra 2 inches...I fit 305/55/20 on the stock set up so that should work. but I don't guarantee anything...
