Default Help lowering a NNBS Silverado

I have a 2011 reg cab silverado with a 4.3l 262 v6. Currently, it has factory suspension, but I would like to get a 4/7 drop. I wasn't sure whether to get a notch for this or not, so I contacted some lowering companies and they suggested it. I know there are several lowering kits available, but all of the are listed as "V8." Also, I don't know whether a kit or individual parts is the better option. I plan to run the same size tire as the factory if I decide to upgrade to nicer wheels. Any particular brands? I would like to keep total price for parts under $700. Thank You
