Default Help with brake upgrade

My stock brakes are shot, the rotors are gouged and the pads are non existant. Im thinking about upgrading a bit while Im doing it. Which option would you choose?
Option 1 is just stock sixed rotors and pads

Option 2 is 14' rotors and pads and stock calipers (does this actually help braking performance since the caliper can only contact so much of the rotor??)http://www.ssbrakes.com/products/det...D%29&year=2001
If I go with the stock replacement stuff I may spring for the entire HD front end upgrade. Already have the parts sourced
