Default Have edelbrock's, want to stiffen up, bilsteins???

i have a 2/4 drop, that i can only run at 2/3 right now, because i bottom out too much. The springs seem real soft, now, in theory, soft spring/big sway bar handles better, than a stiff spring. So i want a stiffer shock to help tighten up the ride. The edelbrocks' were designed with comfort in mind. If i stay with a stock soft spring, a real stiff shock wouldnt' be too harsh, like the hotchkis springs are rumored to be. I have a belltech rear sway bar waiting to be put on, so the roll issue will be taken care of soon i think. I also have belltech 3" springs on the way, so I really wanna get the rear down to the 4" mark, and tighten up my suspension. I'm going to c notch the rear, if i have to. But basically, I"m only 25(not too old yet), and don't want the cushy ride that came with my truck. So the edelbrock's are going. I've heard a few comments on Bilstein HD's, but only found a part number for stock ride height. any input ?
