We have numerous write ups on 80e swaps as that's what most run. Not sure if we have any on 400's or not.

 

mount tranny using a Dirt track racer crossmember
custom lenght driveshaft
80e/th400 swap flex plate/spacer package
some time of aftermarket shifter

leave trans selector box in neutral so it starts or eliminate all that wiring

have tune setup for non elec trans

use abs sensor for speedo off front wheel
