good shocks for 2003 silverado Z66?

good shocks for 2003 silverado Z66?
Hello everyone,
I have a 2003 Silverado with a z66 suspension, I think coil up front nothing electric no quadrasteer and leaf spring in the back, the truck has 110,000 miles and the ride is terrible over bumpy roads and dirt roads even normal paved roads ect. I wanted to try changing the shocks to help fix the issue and have been set on Rancho RS5000 but recently started reading up on monotube shocks like blistein 5100 or some other type. What would I be better off going with?? Any help would be appreciated!
