Default GM Truck & SUV Recall

I saw this on the news today. GM is recalling 155,465 2004 and 2005 Pickups,vans and SUV's for possible brake malfunctions.

I dont trust the letter thing. My previous cars had recalls and NO letters. And one was for a head gasket recall that resulted in a cracked block! Freakin corporate america!

Anyways, where can I find out more info?

I've had two truck recalls in the past and received letters both times. I just saw this in todays paper. I did a search and the link I posted was all I found. I'll look some more.

I'll have to let my dad know about this recall. He's got the hydro-boost brakes.

Tell grandma to stop holdin her Buick wheel in the corner when she's tryin to park.

You still have brakes.... You run out of total assisted brakes after about 2-3 applies.

After that, the pedal travels near the floor, and you have to really press hard to get the vehicle to stop.
Just take it to the dealership, and have them check it.
