GM 8.6 rear cover metric bolts

GM 8.6 rear cover metric bolts
It appears the newer trucks with the 8.6 rear have metric bolts instead of the sae 5 1/6 for the rear cover...i bought a T/A Performance cover and it came with the 5 1/6 bolts.
the right size metric is M8x1.25x40mm i got the 40 mm length bolts from pep boys because home depot didn't have them. mc master carr also sells them. hope this helps guys!
