Default Gear Performance

What kind of difference will I get going from a 3.42 to a 4.10? I know that off the line will definitely be better but what about from a 30 mph roll or a 70 mph roll?

That's a 20% difference, a good move if you're going to stay N/A.You should turn around &$&*^ Oops, yup 2400!! at 70mph. As far as from a roll, that's in your tune.

Edit: sorry, taking too much codein caugh syrup, sick with pneumonia!

Right now I turn about 2000 rpm cruising between 80-85 so I don't think the rpm will kill me. I tried searching over this but I never found a clear cut answer on if they noticed any performance changes from a roll...

I went from 3.42 to 4.10s and it is a big diffrence... from a roll and dead stop. I would do it again, no doubt..

I went from 3.42 to 4.10 and it only revs 200 rpm more at 75 mph. Used to be 2000 now its 2200. From a stop the 4.10s kill the 3.42s easy.

Yea, I was talking about passing on the freeway. I want it to still be able to pull from any normal driving speed and the way it sounds I believe that it will. Looks like all I have to do is get an appointment set up and then burn some rubber...

They will be done where dirt_track_racer_81 works and as far as I know they haven't had any problems with their work...I know he atleast got his gears in without any trouble.
