pretty sure I'll need an ring and pinion also, the truck rolled off the flat bed in park. So looks like the detroit is what im going with

Sorry for your misfortune man...but I'd like to see some carnage pics if you could. I'll be going with the trutrac also, gonna need some insurance to help protect the FLT level5 that I'm saving for...as silver-mod-o mentioned, the G80's have been known to take the trans with them when they explode.

Yeah I'll be taking some photos once I get it apart. God I sure hope my tranny is ok. I had all kinds of lights go on when it broke, abs and brake lights etc.

rons is the cheapest place to get the tru trac thats where i got mine from and im very happy with my purchase...
