well at least you can have the piece of mind that they actually called you so they know they lost a customer and hopefully this will improve their service. bottom line is youre getting a new part! hooray

UPS tried to deliver my Yank TT3000 yesterday - that's right boy's and girls, less than 10 days and it's already at my door. They told me it would be 8-10 days, so I thought bussiness days - wrong, it was 8-10 days as he told me

Since a signiture was required, they wouldn't leave it at the door and I was in Las Vegas yesterday.

Now see what they do when you blow it. Do a search on Yanks CS when their product screws up.

I'm not trying to start a pissing match about Yank and Fuddle, but if Fuddle's customer service was so good, or even half *** for that matter, I'd be waiting on a Fuddle converter right now and not taking delivery of a Yank

I guess I'll cross that bridge if I get to it...

i would not get either one yanks suck and fuddle takes to long jmo,although fuddle is a perty good verter
