Default Front bump stops

So I put some belltech shackles on and cranked the tbars down a bit more and im sitting on the bump stops all the way around....in the rear i was able to trip the bump stops so im not sitting on them but im not sure about the front....there's not much there. can i continue to ride on em till iget some spindles or shouuld i look into the spring loaded bump stops?

I just trimmed mine down; or remove them completely. If you look at a factory setup the bumpstops are pretty close to the LCA's anyway. I cut mine in half on a 3" drop on a 2wd and it works good.

The bumpstops in the front on a 4wd are part of the suspension...that is they give a progressive dampening effect. Trimming them will work, i did it for a while and it was ok but I got new Belltech bumpstops and my front rides so much better now.
The stops should just just kissing the control arm to ride correctly. I would not remove them. If you want you may PM me for the bump stop source.

Search my threads in the suspension section, I did a write up like 6 months ago with pictures.
