Default Flt 4l60e

Well long story short I destroyed my driveshaft and shattered a brand new transfer case adapter housing in my 05 ccsb silverado and in the process now have a slipping awful shifting transmission so I'm wanting to upgrade to a flt tranny has anyone talked to finishline lately I've tried for going on two weeks now with no answer ? And for kicks here is a pic of some of the carnage

Talked to Chuck today great guy stayed after hours to answer all my questions and make some suggestions on my intended use now only thing I have to do is choose a convertor I'm looking at circle d and yank been told not to waste my money on a 2600 stall yet I still tow with this truck will be making a trip out to colorado in September actually towing three quads and camping gear and all anyone have a suggestion I'm all ears.

2005 ccsb silverado 4wd 4.88 and 35" tires comp 212/218 low lift cam ls6 springs hardened pushrods pacesetter lt headers ORY magnaflow exhaust Aem CAI and a nitrous express proton fly by wire 100shot might go 150 for track fun

I ran a FLT LVL 6 behind my old H/C/I 5.3 setup. amazing trans forsure.
I also towed pretty frequently with my old circle d 3200 with no problems. I run a tru kool 40k cooler and towing and dd duties it worked great.
your truck should run pretty strong on the spray. keep us posted

FLT will get my business when I replace my trans in my 07.
Heck, after 6 + years and me having a different vehicle, Chuck still answers my questions.

I wouldn't say I'm a towing machine, hah. But, when I did, whatever I put behind it I had zero issues.
When I towed, it was a tandem 14' enclosed trailer filled when we moved, that was an 800 mile trip. No problems. I also pulled a couple of car's and a ton of wood.

I wouldn't be too concerned. As long as you have a good cooler, you should be good to go.

I'd go with the 3200. That's my plan for my 07.
