I personally would look at the level 4. However the level 3 unit is a very good unit the advantage of the level 4 is it comes with a sleeved input drum and also bearing style FLT beast shell. In truck applications I like to see you guys with sleeved drums that is why I would recommend the level 4 over the 3. Vince

Wait so how do you warranty them? If it blows up for any reason within 6 months you replace it?
I'm pretty easy on my trans. ha. Most people told me the stock trans would last 2 weeks aftere the 6.0 swap. 6 months later, and 146k total miles, its still alive.

We warranty units for six months on recommended builds. If you do not race this thing and it is just a DD, I would have no problem building you a level 3. Please give us a call to discuss your options. Vince

But then again, I overbuild so i get rid of future worries. I'm w/ you on that Bud. Only difference is, I haven't started savin yet. YET! I had to pay out some serious coin this week.

Almost enuff to buy a Level 5 w/ a PI2600.
By next summer, I'll have truck paid off. But when the time comes, I want a L5. I don't wanna dink around. I have plans, BIG plans. MUHAHAHA!

If your daily driving is remotely close to my definition, you better spend the extra dinero.
