Default Extended Cab Guys w/ 2/4 Drop, Vibrations?

For you guys with extended cabs and a 2/4 drop, did you end up with vibrations? If so, at what speed, and how did you fix them?

I just installed my 2/4 drop today. The rear already had 2* shims with the fat end at the back, so it's rotating the yoke upwards. I put these in a couple years ago when I did 2" shackles, and today I did 2" hangers. I left the shims in there and there is no noticeable vibration at speed, if anything it's better than before. The only issue is a slight shudder when accelerating from a stop, but it's gone after 5mph.

I did not have a chance to measure the pinion angle, but I know I should. But thinking about the rear end geometry in my head... by using 2" shackles and hangers I essentially did not alter the angle of the rear end. But now that it's tucked 2" higher, the angle with the driveshaft got more obtuse. So would would the logical thing to be install the shims with the fat end forward? Belltech says the opposite however. Someone correct my logic!

The Belltech kit also came with a carrier bearing relocation which I did not install.

I fixed with 6* shims fat end forward to rotate the front of the pinion down.
