I just went through this.
Called all over and being a lifted truck with alot of rotating mass and a decent amount of power most places didn't want go touch it.
Driveshaft specialist out of tx had no problem taking it on and the shaft has been great so far.

About how much is everyone's shafts running them from driveshaft Specialist here in tx?

I think when I got both of mine is was around $1000 for both with new ujoints.

I did end up going with strange for the rear shaft, their chromoly stuff is priced pretty good and turnaround was quick.

If you were a little more West I'd suggest Inland Empire Driveline (Corona and Ontario CA). They've built now 3 shafts for me. The shaft in the green Tahoe was strong enough to get the front wheels off the ground and balanced well enough I often took it to 130MPH with 4.56 gears and only 29" tires. That's 6900RPM and they said even 10k was fine.
