got my one pc 5" HD aluminum driveshaft for my 08 ext cab from Driveshaft Specialties of Texas in San Antonio...excellent place to work with ..they make a 4" HD also
Length of mine is 83-1/2" center of u-joint to center of u-joint

yeah but they cant build one for what i have done. they said even a 5 inch would break at the rpms i turn thats what they told me. Idk how my length is different from your do you have a 4l60e trnas?
