wanted to know what causes the drive shaft to ping when your foot is on the break and u go in to drive and u hear a ping - put it in revers hear a ping !! just rebuilt the rearend with spider gears !! trannay been rebuilt ????? could it be a old u-joint???? thanks guys !!

 

when i put it in gear the drive shaft makes a clinking noise!!! happens in drive and reverse !! could it be a u-joint !!!! thanks !!
