Default Disk vs. Drumbs offset quetion

Ok so i am getting closer to see if my tire wheel combo will work on the 3/6 I just bought. I am going to put 1 inch lift shackles in the back to make it 3/5. I just put my wheel tire combo on my buddies 03 gmc witch has disks he is a 3.5/4 he still had like 2 inchs to the finder and looked like he could tuck em for another 3 inchs or so. I know the fronts will fit i am worried about the backs. Is the disk off set on a 10 bolt the same as drumb off set on the same 10 bolt??

Thanks, Bo

I would think they are the same because the disk rear ends still have space for the drum style emergency brake if that makes any sense.LOL
