Making your own brake lines is fairly easy but why would you want to convert to drum brakes?

I made up the brake lines on the Chevelle after installing a 9 inch axle housing, flaring tools are not expensive, get flaring tools and tubbing bender it's a simple job with these tools.

The easiest thing would be to swap the whole rear end out.

The flanges that the brakes sit on are clocked differently between disc and drum. Some can live with that not a big deal. But you have to pull the axles to change all the parts it would be much more simple to swap the complete rear unit.

Pull E-brake cables at frame, Disconnect U-joint from D shaft to rear end, disconnect brake line from truck to rear end, Disconnect shocks, and pull U bolts out. Swap and repeat the hook up then bleed the brakes and away you go. If its high enough on jack stands you could literally roll it out on the tires and roll the new one in.
