Disc brake conversion ? for '90 Silvy

Disc brake conversion ? for '90 Silvy
I did a couple searches and turned up nothin'. I was wondering if there are any interchangable rear disc brake setups, from say a camaro, that will fit my '90 Silvy. If not, any info on which kit to buy? Thanks.
