Default Difference in 4L80E's??

I have a chance to get a 4L80E out of a 98 1 ton for pretty damn cheap. Is there any reason I should not get it, like being defferent wiring, or anything like that?

Thanks,
Austin

There have been some changes over the years. Any of the 4L80Es are a good platform, far better then the 60E but evolution has been good to them as well.
