I'll be heading to north Dallas in 2 weeks looking for a reputable tranny builder. I have a bad tranny with trashed clutches I believe but looking to get this tranny rebuilt for some speed. Thanks in advance guys. This will be the last and only 4l60e I get rebuilt after I demolish it I will move to a 80.

What happened to Ace Transmissions? I cant find any info but under Gilbert@Aces' name, says former vendor?

 

My builder is in Duncanville. He isn't a big name but he stands by his work and is reasonably priced.

 

Gilbert at Ace Racing would be my recommendation. Last time him and I talked he was working with the site owners to re-up his dues here. Its been a few weeks since we talked but I know he said he is as busy as ever!

 

built408 on here is from the DFW area and has built some pretty tough 60e's for some people on here. Rocking one of his myself

 

Man I pmd built408 a while back asking him for a quote to build me one. I was going to buy phantoms 60e he had for sale a while back but missed out on it and found out built408 was the one that built it. If anyone has his number or knows how to get a hold of him I would appreciate it.
