Default Corvette Servo ?'s

I just installed a trans-go corvette servo in my 99 RCSB 5.3. I was wondering if I did the install of the snap ring correctly. I have no problems with it. But I've read of blowing your tranny if the ring is not seated correctly. It took my brother and I about 30-45 minutes to get the ring in.

Thanks

Oh you'll know if you did it wrong. I didn't get it quite all the way seated the first time I tried. Driving along on the test drive and Bang, won't shift from 1st and spewing trans fluid everywhere. Didn't damage anything, thank God. It really is easy as long as you pay attention and go slow if you're not sure. Congrats on the install and welcome to the forum.
