sometimes when i have a decently hard turn and sometimes even in a mild turn to either left or right, i hear a clunking noise coming from the rear axle. it almost sounds like the weight of the truck is shifting and moving over from side to side due to loose bolts or something like with the leaf springs or whatever but i have no idea. any ideas? it doesnt seem to be pulling hard to pne direction or anything, just clunks.

nope, no G80, just the towing package for the 2000 5.3. came with 3.43's and an LSD

 

So did mine. As far as I know they either come open or G80.

 

it doesnt have the g80 code in the glove box and it lay 2 stripes.... maybe my gear people tweaked the open some but i dunno other than when igot the 4.10's i didnt buy a posi...
