Default Clank/jerk

It happened Friday as I was comeing from woodlands mall. Every time now when I go in reverse it does a clank clank clank and on the clanks it jerks back there. Same way for when I put it back in drive. A clank clank clank and it jerks when it clanks.

The truck has been parked since last friday, and I got in it today and it did the same thing. I got under there to check the rear U joint and there was no play in it when I pushed up on it.

I parked the truck as soon as it happen to not make anymore damage.

Ok I got the differential yesterday. Got jack stands. Thing is I can't find lift points on this POS. I put the jack stands on the frame right before it curves up. The jackstands are obviously at the rear of the vehicle and when we lower the jack from the differential the front end seems to go up.

So is a good lift point where the leaf spring bolt into the frame? The jackstands cup them good. I don't know it would be safe though while lowering it. Afraid the leaf spring might push the hackstand out.
