I have used a few PI converters in the past. Never an issue with any of them.

Oddly enough, I had never even heard of Circle-D until spending alot more time on this particular site. I had been mostly on LS1tech (for 5 years) and never heard the name ever before...

The choices were always PI or Yank. Both have always been spoken highly of.

Nothing wrong with buying used, you can have them refreshed by the manufacter if wanted/needed.

I can only speak for PI as ive purchased 3 of them and they are awesome. The one in my Duramax handles a **** load of torque and tows a lot of weight with no hiccups.

I do have some Circle D parts in my trans too though LOL.

Either way im sure you will be in good hands, If you decide on PI Talk to TERRY!!!!! Only!!!

My used vig works great.

The people I know that ran a circle D could not 60 ft worth a f*ck. Everyone I know run a Yank or Vig.

Heard circle D is a knock off of Yank anyway.

Id look more towards the trucks they were in, there are PLENTY of people cutting great 60 fts with their converters. Sounds like there may be more to the story, Im sure Chris could help you out.

I didn't really mean to come off as such a dick. I have read some posts by the guy, seems real nice. Plus there are so many positive reviews regarding his product and service, I was tempted to go with them.

The guy I know that used a circle D, was running a f-body. If I remember right, it was a 347 with ported stock heads and an old MTI grind cam. Im running the transmission he had in the car now. He swapped to a vig and was a lot happier. Im running that same verter too, lol
