Default Chevy Lean

How hard and expensive is it to correct the "chevy lean"? I'm afraid that my tires will rub after I drop it on one side. I'm putting a 2/4 drop it and I'm hoping that it wont but I want to be sure cause the last thing I need is to buy tires as broke as I'll be after all this stuff is done. My sig shows how close the tire is now much due to the lean much less once I lower it.
