Can I do a Tru-Trac without new gears?

Default Can I do a Tru-Trac without new gears?

I'm happy with my ratio (3.73). If I get a Detroit Tru-Trac should I also get after market gears? I'm not sure what the weak part of the G80 is.

hey scott what part of escondido are you out of??? i live of north escondido blvd.......hey man i was wondering where you had the work done on your truck... i just bought my first GM and i have no clue on how to mod it
