Default caltrac's

Im looking at getting a set of caltrac's for my 03 rcsb. I just wanted to know what is the difference between the "filp kit" and the regular kit, and do the help with wheel hop enough to be worth it?

the flip kit caltracs are to be used on trucks lowered 6" or more in the rear using a flip kit. if you're on stock suspension, get the regular kit.
