I battled the identical thing as you...break-neck 1-2 shift no matter how many times i fooled with the shift pressures, etc.. Finally was able to DRAMATICALLY reduce the harshness in the Force Motor Current Tables.

If you have HP Tuners send me the file and I'll take a look at it. All my money is on your force motor current tables needing decreased.
