well i got my tranny apart agin, and low and behold i took my pump apart and found my stator/rotor in peices, gotta love that , and while i was taking my trannny out i broke my range sensor. what could be causing my pump to do this? converter? flywheel? pump? i didnt have any problems until i put this aftermarket converter in, its a factory one but 3 weeks ago the same EXACT problem occured. this time it just lasted 2 weeks instaed of one night. also when i do rebiuld it and am thinkin of going with the yanktt2600, is this a good idea for someone who's tired of building trannys? i have a big *** cooler and a vette servo and all hardned parts, and am getting a transgo and the billet od servo's will it hold up to normal wear and tear and a lil abuse with 33's and the yank 2600? please help a brotha

Well why do you keep breaking pumps? Are you building this yourself? How is the tc to flywheel spacing? If you keep breaking pumps, you really have to look at the spacing or the way your bolting the pump together. Little lost.

the space seems to be ok, i think the play is upposed to be like 1/4 inch. i think its ok , maybee my converters wrong. i didnt have any problem at all until i put this new converter in, now i have had the same problem twice in a row. if i had a flywheel problem, wouldnt i have starting issues?
