Default best way to get 4/6 on a 4x4?

I did a search and didn't really find what I was looking for. Is there a kit out there that can do this or am i going to need to buy all the parts separate? Is it possible to get 6/8 on a 4x4 and still use 16 inch wheels in the winter?

What do you mean I haven't searched yet because I actually just searched about 10 minutes ago and I searched last night too. Also I have read those current posts and I didn't find the information I was looking for.

you musta looked right past my thread, but to answer your question
there is no kit
my driveshaft had to be shortened to accomodate the drop
and NO YOU CANT use 16"

imo stick to a 2/4 drop which is about 4/6 from a 4wd stance.

So your saying that i'll need 4/6 on 4wd to make it look like a 2/4 on 2wd? Sorry for the ignorance.

correct, we sit 2" higher... so what you do is order a 2/4 kit, with that alone it will sit 2wd height, then remove your rear lift blocks under the leaf springs above the axle and crank done your torsion keys in the front to level it off, and you got a nice subtle drop.

I'm pretty sure it's the spindles that require you use a 17" rim.

the arms yes you can use the 16" wheels my bad I forgot about those. but djm doesnt recommend using the keys, so instead do the arms and a lil decrank and the shackles and hangers along with removing the block, that will sit you perfectly.
