Default best way to 3 /5 for this one

It's 2/3 above.

I don't want to change the rear springs, it has a Max tow package and tows a 7000k boat.

I can add a 1 inch spring in the front but what do I do with the rear.

Flip kit, hangers ?????

2" Spindles/1" Springs front = 3"
or
3" DJM a-arms front = 3" (If they make 3" for gmt-900)

2" hangers/2" shackles Rear = 4"
or...
6" flip kit with a lift shackle for 5ish"
-You could always run rear helper bags to help out with towing

Yeah, front is straight forward.

I only have 2" shackles in the rear and stock block removed, so not much expense.

So ..Flip kit does what it says..
I leave hangers, springs and shackles stock and re-locate spring pack under axle, all
stock except a shackle change to get above 6". I like that set up.
What about shocks, do I need lowering shocks.

I would like to leave as much OE stuff on the chassis as possible.

What brand parts are best engineered, not looking at price,
I want to tow with confidence .

Mcgaughty's has some super kits, I've been looking at the 3-5 and the 4-7. They know their stuff and alot of people on here are sporting their kits. But from what I've seen, most are flipping the rear to achieve the amount of drop the nnbs needs.

Best bet is the flip kit with the lift shackle because you are using all your stock leafs in the back and its going to be the most reliable. IMO

and for the front either get struts or spindles, which ever you're not using right now. Mcguaphys springs tend to sag a lot and would probably lower than you want.

Also, if you want to go 4/7 you can but you will want helper bags in the rear so you can air them up and tow what ever.

I don't do heavy towing but I have the helper bags on my truck and have yet to have a problems with them other than I hve to be careful with my wheel setup if I want to go with a bigger wheel and tire combo.

thanx for the replies.
I have 2" GF spindles on the front now.

I checked Ground Force for a flip kit and their website clearly states, not recommended for towing.
Bell tech includes a c-notch with their flip kit which I don't want.
I'll check Mcgaughs and see what they have.
