Post The best TRUCK and SUV drag tire

I have struck GOLD I have been looking for a good high performance tire and YOKOHAMA has it AVS/ST 275/60/17 this tire hooks and this is the truth. I tried it and when I took off on the street I had full control. On the drag strip this tire turns into a slick. If you have not got a good setup watch out you might lose your rear or tranny! These tires hook and the with the nitto or the mickey will be took.

I had a set on the Hoe, 285/60 R17, and wasn't that impressed.

I'll admit they did better on asphalt, but it was alot easier to kick the back end out around a corner with the Yokohamas then it is with Nittos.
The AVS/STs lasted me about 7000 miles, which is average.

Yes, I have had alot of vehicles in the past and was looking for a good tire for a 17" rim and found out their where none. I had more tires than some tire shops and I'll say that the yokohama's that I got are one of the best tires on the market hands down. You are talking to a man who just bought a set of tires "not the yokohamas in question" and paid $489.00 a tire for 6 on my F-350. Other words I don't give a d--- about the price on the tire only the Quality and Performance needed.
