It's time for new shocks and brakes for 05 Sierra Denali? Give me your thoughts and suggestions on what I should change the stock components out with.

As far as shocks are concerned it depends on what you use the vehicle for, let me know and I can give you some suggestions.

Ceramic brake pads are decent. We carry them at brakepadwarehouse.com.
