Cool

Are you sure about the $799 for the 2500DX35D? The catalog I have from McGaughy's lists it for $599. I guess $589 to your door is good if you don't have to wait too long. McGaughy's is in Fresno. How far is that from you?

A long way, too far. Yes I'm sure, I talked with Susan McGaughy, unless she told me wrong......what have you seen pricing at? Oh, she also told me they sell wholesale only, not retail, but that the retail price was $799

Cool

Grippy, it sounds like McGaughy's is trying to get out of the direct sales market and sell through distributors. If they are they are not too organized at it yet because they do not list any distributors on their site and just list themselves under How to Order. As for pricing I just have the catalog they sent me along with a price list from when I bought my kit last April. Even at that the price list was Effective 9-15-04 so it was already out of date when I got it from them.

The DJM kit uses lower control arms. I heard that the lowered lower control arms induce some bump steer into the front suspension. I would avoid them if it does. Do a little more research on the DJM kit before you buy it. It also appears to be more expensive at $749.85.
