Default Best Drop Shocks for a 00 Silverado?

I own a 00 Silverado Single Cab, and was thinking on going with Belltech Drop Shocks to go along with a 2/4 drop, (Spindles in the front) (Shakles & Hangers in the rear) Any suggestions?[/FONT]

I have them on the back of my truck with 2/4 and they ride good. Stock ones up front and I like how it rides!

I just did the same setup on my truck and i got the belltech shock. Very nice shock IMO, i dont think they could ride any better. Also if edelbrock make a great shock but they are $$$$. I think they are like $75 each.

That's the EXACT same setup that I'll be going with hopefully this summer. I plan on running the Belltech Nitros all the way around though instead of chancing it on the stockers. Also, some have said that the ball joints will need to be trimmed.

wow, I have a completely different opinion. Personally I thought the belltech nitro drop shocks rode like complete ***. I've heard the nitro-actives were better though. Mine rode so shitty that I took em off and I'm running stock length pro comp es3000's right now. My truck is lowered 3/4.

That's the same thing I've always heard about Belltech shocks.

Yeah, the Nitro-Actives have a much better reputation, I'm happy with mine, way better than the stock length Bilsteins rode
