Default belltech nnbs drop kit problems

I just bought a 2008 gmc scsb that came with an uninstalled belltech drop kit. It has the front drop spindles and rear flip kit. I installed everything, and the front sits great, but the rear still seems like its jacked up high. I did install the rear spring hangers, i had to remove the rivets that held the stock one in, and hammer out the pinch welds on the bed to get it to fit, i have everything in the back at the lowest setting it can sit at. it doesn't ride bad at all, but it def has a noticeable rake, here are some pics.

The flip kit gives you 7" drop, then the rear hangers raise it 1"what I did was installed the factory hangers back in, if you still not satisfied with a 7" then you can add 2" shackels.

well, I was not aware the shackles that were on the truck weren't the o.e. ones, so that was the whole problem, I ordered the stock ones and put them on, now it looks great. here is a pic of how it sits now.

Looks good. I have a Reg Cab Chevy lowered w/ Belltech. Did you get everything squared away with the lowering kit?

The squeak could be the shackles. Did you tighten the shackle bolts while the truck was in the air?

nope, made sure to just get them barely snug with them up in the air, then tighten everything down while it was off the lift and on the ground. squeak seems to be coming from the front tbh. which is odd, cuz its just drop spindles and struts, not a lot that can make noise.
