Default Belltech 2" drop shackles on '04 4x4 LS

I posted a question on this a while back. I have decided on the Belltech Shackles (#6400) and it suggests getting a pinion angle shim. Is this worth getting? How hard is this install? Thanks

I would do the shim....they are not hard to install. I put in the 2 inch shackles in the beginning and had a horrible vibration on the highway @ 110.

Mine had a 2" lifting block from the factory. I lowered it by removing the block and using shorter u-bolts. You might want to check to see if yours has this too.
